We spent a fantastic week-long holiday on Gozo. We were lucky with the weather, considering it was the turn of December and January. The house we stayed in allowed us to get a real taste of Maltese life. The authenticity of the place, combined with the charm of the whole island, will certainly leave us with unforgettable memories.

Beautiful farmhouse in Sannat

The property is in a great location, spacious, with comfortable beds and very clean. The views from the rooftop are lovely.and we enjoyed time spent sitting out by the pool and going for walks. The bread van stopping right outside was a treat. We also appreciated the welcome wine and snacks..

With cold weather throughout our stay, we relied heavily on the coin-operated AC for heat. Despite running it for up to 12 hours a day, the living area never got truly warm, and the daily scramble to source three €2 coins quickly became a chore

Fantastic stay at razett ta dun nastas
The high level for detail. It's a home away from home. The premises are equipped with all the essentials, cleanliness is at the top. It's not our first time there and it will not be our last for sure.

5 star review - 5 on 5!

We stayed at the farmhouse for the 4th time and as ever it was a wonderful stay. It is clean and well equipped and extremely comfortable. It does not feel like just a purpose built holiday accommodation but homely and easy to relax in. The roof terrace is fantastic for views and cool to sit out on with a glass of wine, watching the fireworks. The pool is clean and cool and very private and there is a barbecue next to it. The decor is lovely and very natural looking and bus stops are very near for trips. Sannat is a pretty and peaceful village with some great walks, particularly on the cliffs. Anne and Francis are extremely friendly, helpful hosts and we definitely plan to come again.

Comfortable and cool with fans and air conditioning.

Nearby activities

Easy to get to Victoria by bus which gives access to sites on Gozo & the ferry to Malta. The walks nearby have stunning views.

Safety

The stairs to the terrace are steep and twisting and small children would need supervision around the pool. The accommodation has appropriate safety signage.

Walkability

The pavements are very uneven in the village and it would be difficult with a wheelchair but in the farmhouse the bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Food and drinks

There is a little supermarket very close and others further away. There a a couple of nice restaurants in Sannat and lots in Victoria which is a 10 minute bus ride away.

Noteworthy details

Fireworks across the island all summer which can be watched from the terrace. The private pool is particularly welcome when it’s hot.

Awesome place & great helpful owners

A great place to stay! We had 9 days, all amazing. Pool was awesome for the heatwave that occurred. Salt water pool too, so great for our skin. The roof top gave good views. Everything is catered for. Location is ideal for local amenities...few bars & restaurants (1 of which is exceptional Lebanese food) at the bottom of the road, local butchers selling great meats around the corner & local supermarkets within walking distance. The owners were really helpful before & during the stay. We have rebooked again to explore more of Gozo from this, our first trip, based on this villa.

Not a dislike - see above - lots of positive points, although, have €1 & €2 coins ready for the air conditioning, as we didn't the first night.

Lovely stay

Everything was very accessible. All bedrooms and kitchen were in 1 floor so it was very easy to navigate. The pool has 100% privacy which we loved. Very clean.

We had beautiful days in our holiday home.

We loved the farmhouse in the cute little village Sannat. The house was very clean and spacious, with two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor pool with sunbeds and pool towels is perfect - especially for hot days and we loved the mornings an the rooftop terrace, watching sunrise. It is beautiful for holiday, also the quiet little village Sannat is a very nice place to relax (you can find there a grocery, a butcher shop and a few restaurants aswell). Very good is, that the bus stop (nearly in front of the house) is just a one minute walk away - the bus goes every hour to Victoria. You definitly do not need a car on Gozo. Also our host was very friendly, engaged and accomodating!

This was our fifth time staying at the Farmhouse and it was every bit as amazing as all the previous times. We had everything we needed, the size of the house, the amenities and the pool were perfect for our family. Anne was wonderful and made sure to check everything was good. There is also a new wonderful Lebanese restaurant down the street that made our stay even more pleasant.

AC works on coins but there are plenty of fans to use.

Fantastic and relaxing stay!

​We had an absolutely amazing stay here from start to finish! The farmhouse itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation.​The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor space—the pool and surrounding pool area are fantastic, perfectly maintained, and ideal for spending full days soaking up the sun. The local area is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, offering total privacy and relaxation away from the noise. We had such a wonderful time unwinding here, and we can’t thank the hosts enough for their wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!
